I purchased this product at Costco. We used it to replace our Swiffer because we were tired of trying to track down the expensive proprietary cleaning fluid. It was used exclusively on laminate floors. It worked OK for a few months, at least it did what we had purchased it to do. One day it stopped heating. Done, dead. We're not going to buy a replacement because there are other makes and models available that have better reviews.

I used it right away and found out it was really hard to push. Hmm, the steam came out now and then. So, I didn't give up and used it again and got horrible streaks! Ok, well I gave it the benefit of the doubt and used it a 3rd time. But where was the steam? I was just pushing water (which was leaking out) and that was it. Huge WASTE of MONEY, which they get to keep! I tried it a 4th, 5th and 6th time. I kept hoping it would finally kick in.
I tried contacting customer service and they wanted to charge me to figure out what was wrong with their machine. Just terrible! DO NOT BUY THIS. They are making money off of you and probably smiling all the way to the bank.
By the time you pay shipping, your time, etc. to send it back (you need a law degree for this), just forget it. You would be throwing your money away yet again. So, I threw this in the dump. It is gone, just like the money I threw away in the first place by buying this when the TV AD made it look so "useful". I am amazed that they can get away with this. They must work with the government with pay offs. Sad!

I have used this steam mop 3 times and an pleased with it.
It isn't the best on the market but for the price it is nice.
Easy to use and light weight so older people can handle it fine.
If you are going to be doing large areas, you may want a larger one but for quick clean ups it is good. Perfect for gally kitches, door ways and bathrooms.

First off, mine only came with 2 pads and seemed like it had previously been open. May not have been, but looked like it was possible. Ordered it NEW though. SO I dont know. Just be careful of that if ordering.
Works well for the price. Wasnt amazed but it get the job done. I have a really old house and the floors seem to be permanently dirty no matter how much I mop. This worked well. It's FAST to get started, EASY to use. Very simple to do. When I finished the pad was grey, so it was definitely picking up.
I have a 10 month old and got this for floor sterilization. We have dogs and I wanted to mop before she played and I dont trust cleaners. Regular mops seem to leave residue and I dont want my daughter getting any chemicals on her. I think this is perfect that it steam sterilizes and dries quickly. Great for use with babies!

I love this mop! I hated cleaning my kitchen floor so much, I would just not do it - but this is a whole new story! Just a quick sweep to get up any loose dirt on the floor, 30 seconds for the steam mop to heat up, and you're good to go. I love that it uses no chemicals and that the pads are reusable - you just throw them in the wash and air dry. It comes with 2 so there is always one ready. Floors are really clean really fast.
