Received, unpacked, tried and returned this particular Bissell product all within a 24-hour period. The cleaning solution sprayed everywhere within a 3-foot diameter but on the desired area. The scrub brush attachment is like using a toothbrush. The vacuum portion to extract the solution and dirt out of the cleaned area is worthless. Not one drop was vacuumed into the dirty water tank. You just know you have now soaked your cleaned area with approximately one gallon of liquid and can't get it out. Only when I used my trusty little ShopVac 1-gallon wet/dry vac, which cost me $20.00, was I able to extract any of the solution from the cleaned area. So save some money, buy the 1-gallon wet/dry vac, one stiff brush and some dry foam cleaner (Prestone upholstery cleaner is my fav), all for around $25.00, and you've got superior results to this Bissell machine at $74.00. Additionally, Bissell Customer Service is worthless; they only tell you to contact the merchandiser from whom you bought their machine. Bissell has made my "they don't get my money" list.

I had borrowed a Little Green Machine from a friend, albeit a very old one (maybe circa 1996?) & was EXTREMELY impressed with it's performance. This thing is a godsend & I will absolutely buy another one if this ever dies! I have a dog with behavior issues who has been trying his best to destroy my carpet. After using this little thing, you can see nothing except what appears to be fresh out-of-the-factory carpet! I cannot say enough about this! absolutely buy one!

Vacuuming may get the top dirt off, but I love the feeling of deep-cleaning.. knowing that your floors and furniture are REALLY clean. So I purchased the Bissell Little Green, for $79 from Walmart. Other stores had it for $99+.
It is extremely easy to fill up the solution/clean tank, and even easier to dump the collection tank. I really enjoyed using this product, and it really surprised me to see the collection tank completely black after deep cleaning my couches. Gross!!
It's works great in your car, too. Snow and salt in the winter makes my car filthy, it is so nice to easily clean it.
Only downside -- it is small and not ideal for large rooms. Also, it took 3 fillups of solution/hot water to clean my couch and loveseat. It empties rather quickly, which is kind of annoying.

I purchased this wonderful product = NO REFLECTION ON ITEM - from the person that Amazon lists as selling for 59.99. He lived near me and my husband picked the item up from the seller in a parking lot (WARNING NUMBER ONE) the item was in a new box...
He said it was tested once but NOTHING was included in the box!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT WAS LISTED AS NEW but I have no proof of having purchased a new item with any of the protections this brings.
No warranty, no product info, no instructions, and I am NOT HAPPY.
For a few dollars more, I could have gotten it at Target

I love my Little Green Cleaner. It does a great job of getting out set in dirt. It's very portable. I can't wait to put it to the test on the mats in my car this spring after all the snow has melted.
