Product Description Get floors sparkling clean with this electric 1500-watt steam mop. Its rapid water-heating system generates steam in 30 seconds, then the unit releases steam across a 10-1/2-inch cleaning path with the push-forward motion of mopping. The powerful steam cleaner eliminates rinsing, wringing, redistributing dirt onto floors, and carrying heavy buckets of water. It comes equipped with a 20-foot power cord and an absorbent, reusable, triple-action microfiber pad, which helps to loosen, lift, and absorb dirt from floors. The mop requires no refills or toxic, messy chemicals, and its powerful steam leaves floors exceptionally clean and virtually dry with no chemical residue left behind. Safe on all sealed hard-floor surfaces, its lightweight construction and sleek, ergonomic design makes cleaning quick and effective. Two machine-washable steam pads come included. The steam mop measures 7 by 12 by 40 inches and carries a one-year limited warranty.

Do Not Purchase This Steam Mop March 7, 2010 M. Smith (Los Angeles, CA) I requested this mop as a Christmas gift about a year ago and I used it maybe 12 times and it stopped working. I contacted the company and received no response.
Broken Handle January 31, 2010 E. Scott LIke the other reviewers the handle on this steam mop broke. Mine lasted around 8 months. Do not buy complete crap.
Don't waste your precious money January 24, 2010 Eduardo G. Veiga (Baltimore, MD United States) The third time my wife used this mop, the T plastic hinge between the broom and the pad broke. You can't blame my wife because she has several other cleaning instruments, and they've been working for years. The mop is a good idea but the execution is very poor. Keep your money.
Do Not Buy This Mop September 8, 2009 Mag (Colorado, USA) 6 out of 7 found this review helpful
This mop did not work when I received it. Amazon treated me very well during the return/refund process. However, the so-called "president" of the vendor called me to beg me to rescind my bad review -- I fell for his plea after he promised to send me a new mop (bad move on my part to allow myself to be bought) and told me the customer rep I dealt with at his company would be fired. This was all a scam to get me to remove my negative comments. So, here's my review again. Caveat Emptor!!!
By the way, he never sent the promised new mop, but then I told him not to send it, as I did not want anything from him and his outfit. I also told him never to contact me again, and he better not do so when he sees this review.
Loved it until handle broke off of head after 3 months September 5, 2009 L. Cheeley (Post Falls, ID United States) 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
This is a great idea & worked well as long as it lasted, but for me that was only 3 months. We mop 2-3 times per week & after 3 months, the handle literally snapped off of the head. I pulled out my warranty (1-yr limited) & read the fine print. I have to mail the unit back to them, enclose a check for $12.95 for handling & shipping, & then pay the labor costs associated with fixing my unit on top of that. It could easily be cheaper to buy a new mop since I have no idea what the labor charges will be. However, I won't be buying a new mop. There is a design flaw with this one & and I see the same thing happening with a replacement. You can see from the picture that it is a very small neck where the unit meets the mop head. After continual usage, the pressure becomes too great & the part snaps. I don't see this being on the market long unless they resolve the design flaw.
