 Still haven't gotten this resolved September 1, 2010

First I need to say that when I ordered this product in June it was through a seller called Allergy Be Gone. I do not know if the company changed it's name or what, but this is the Amazon page I ordered it from.
Ordered this on 6-2-10 and received an e-mail that they were on backorder. 2 weeks later I got 2 out of 6. I was told the other 4 were in the mail. The following day I received an e-mail saying they were on back order. I have yet to get those final 4. I have left a voice mails three times and e-mailed 4 times. I even e-mailed twice through Amazon's site. No one has contacted me. I love these products but I would not use this seller again.
After leaving a review on Allergy Be Gone's seller page they finally contacted me and asked if I would except a refund. Even though I answered them they haven't refunded or contacted me since and that was August 1st......a month ago.

I like my shark steamer and I needed replacement pads and found them on Amazon. They were a great investment. When I need more, I will make sure to purchase them on Amazon.
Confused on price for a re-order August 12, 2010

I purchased this product on July 10, 2010, shortly after purchasing my Shark steam cleaner. The product is GREAT. However, when I decided to order 6 more the price was significantly higher. I paid $8.99 plus $3.88 shipping, for a total price of $12.87. The order said the product shipped from a company called ProSource Discounts. Now the VERY SAME PADS are $49.99 plus $11.95 shipping and the vendor is Action Packaged, Inc. As I said, the pads are great and still less expensive than buying OEM from Shark using the order form that was enclosed with the steamer. I think their price is $24.94 for only 2. I can't remember the shipping cost. Just wish I had ordered 12 originally!!!

I like these replacement steam mop pads better then the originals that came with my Shark Steam Mop. They come cleaner in the wash than the original pads and work just as well. Quite affordable too!

Very pleased with the pads. Shipment was unexpectedly quick and pads work just as well as the high-priced ones. Definitely recommend them and will most certainly order these replacements in the future.
